I first met Jan-David at Spiel Messe Essen where he provided a very
insightful talk around the benefits of play-based learning on youth
development. From here Jan-David provided a fantastic further insight into
the benefits of the different aspects of the Warhammer Hobby on young
people’s development and helped to shape the Warhammer Alliance education
support programme, in particular the resources that are created to support
educators. Since the collaboration, feedback on the resources has been
consistently positive, with many teachers stating that it has helped them
to have better conversations with their Senior Leadership Team about using
games as an educational tool. I look forward to continuing work with
Jan-David on future projects.
